Keto Mug Cake
- 2 TBSP Almond flour
- 1 TBSP Swerve/Sugar Substitute
- 1 TBSP Coco Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp water
-1 TBSP Sour Cream
-1 Egg
1) Combine dry stuff (flour, swerve, coco powder and baking soda)
2) Add sour cream, egg and water
3) Stir until it's all mixed up
4) Nuke for 2-3 mins until it's done and puffy and looks like a cake.
176 calories, 2.9g net carbs/cake.
